ElitePlay Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

1 Registration Eligibility & User Accounts

To register and use ElitePlay's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age permitted for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• An individual who has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of services of this nature.
• Not holding more than one (1) active account on ElitePlay at any time.
• Register only in your own name — accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.

Each user is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their username and account password. ElitePlay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

2 Deposits, Payments & Withdrawals

ElitePlay supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's payment page and is subject to change based on current promotions.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for most local payment methods.
• Every withdrawal is subject to standard security checks, which may require additional verification in certain cases.
• ElitePlay reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals if there are concerns regarding account activity or if KYC requirements have not been completed.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting on the platform. Deposits that have not been used for betting prior to withdrawal may be subject to additional review.
• ElitePlay does not impose any hidden fees for processing deposits or withdrawals. However, any charges levied by the user's bank or third-party payment provider are the user's responsibility.

3 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ElitePlay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus has a rollover/wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ElitePlay reserves the right to void bonuses or related wins if the terms are abused, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

• ElitePlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of users who have already received the relevant bonus.

4 Wagering Rules & Game Results

All bets on ElitePlay are subject to rules specific to each game type and market. Users are advised to read the game rules before placing bets. The general policies that apply are:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature available on selected markets.
• The outcome of all games is final and based on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or real sports data from official providers.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a result from being determined, ElitePlay reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original stake.
• Bets placed in error or based on incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility.

5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

ElitePlay maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, misconduct, and platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct betting.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means.
• Colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities or bonuses (bonus abuse/collusion).
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any activity related to money laundering through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward support staff or other players.

ElitePlay reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of the above activities and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

6 Account Closure & Self-Limits

ElitePlay is fully committed to responsible betting. Users have the right to manage their betting activity through the self-limit tools available on the platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Play Time Limit: Set session time limits to prevent excessive use.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period — from 30 days to permanently.
• Account Closure: Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

Once a self-exclusion request is approved, ElitePlay will not permit the creation of a new account during the exclusion period. This is our commitment to protecting vulnerable users.

ElitePlay's total liability to any user is limited to the user's net deposits over the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ElitePlay is registered. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall first be resolved through ElitePlay's customer support channels. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the platform.
